Here r some pics of the VW's from my past!

Here r some of the most memorable cars I had

The one it all started with a 1957 Karmann Ghia I bought from the first owners widiz with 10.000 original miles (1988) Yes that is me @ 16 years of age Very Happy

I just kept it strictly aircooled and thank god for you guys only the pics I found!

I had like 50 aircooled VW's pretty sure the same amount of watercooled junk and a few classic American Cars like a 50 plymouth sedan and a 59 Galaxy Fairlane 500 and a 68 vette!

A few of these sit in museums!

The Ghia sits in the VW Museum at the VW Factory in Belgium the 57 bug from august 3rd sits there too is one of the oldest square windows in the world serial nr ws XXXXX116 which made it the 116th produced!

The 60 single cab sits in a museum in Germany!

The Empi Imp sits with an Empi collector in Scotland!

I'll check out a lead tomorrow everything is in motion .........

Let's see if there is someone who can guess the right Type model etc....

An old squareback is a car that is still on my wishlist! Never had one always wanted one, maybe in the future but not now!

Oval window is always nice but my family outgrew a bug!

Mad Mike is on the right track! Laughing

Few more hrs for the unveiling!I'm leaving in about an hour and a half!

I wish at was either one of the above , especially a barndoor 23 window that would be the holy grail for me!

Unfortunatly its a little more modest than that however still cool as hell!

You are on the right track by type now it's just a matter of model!
