PostSubject: rocker panels   3/1/2010, 12:54 pm

Hello folks, another newbie question. I need to replace the rocker panels on my bus. I've been told I will probably need to order them, but I haven't called around to the local shops yet to see. I figure someone in this community has probably already had experience with this. Am I better off just ordering them myself through busdepot?

I'm going to take a stab at this not being a bus owner and all. Not all metal replacement panels are created equal. Some are cheaper and MUCH thinner metal than the original. Might want to call Classic Camber, Olsen's, or Rare and Unique in Bradenton and get their opinion. There is a company out west that produces "funky green" replacement metal and seem to have a good rep. I'm not sure if they offer bay parts though. Vwcadet has a bay. He might know. Mabey a friendly PM will get you the answer you seek.
